My story
I’ve always been an academic achiever. I graduated top of my class in Marketing Honours at Stellenbosch University and earned multiple awards for outstanding achievement.
While my degree gave me a strong capacity to learn, structure ideas, and ask the right questions… it didn’t teach me the day-to-day skills I needed, for the realities of marketing in small businesses.
Through my career I was often the only marketing person in the companies I worked for, handling branding, content, website design, graphic design, email marketing, social media, paid media, events, strategy and the list goes on...
Instead of feeling stuck, I leaned into learning.
I leveraged my skills, hunger for knowledge & immersed myself in self-education.
After reading a book by Marie Forleo, Everything is figureoutable, I adopted the mindset that changed everything.
I took countless online courses, studied high-performing brands, found world-class mentors online and through books, and refined my approach through trial and error.
Over the years, I built highly successful product launches, branding strategies, and marketing campaigns. Through this, I proved to myself that not only could I do this, but I could help businesses on a much larger scale.
That’s when I realised it was time to stop building one brand at a time and start my own. A business that would allow me to scale my expertise, grow over time, and support more businesses bring their visions to life.
